Unicore conducts strict review and verification of transaction entities (including but not limited to customers, suppliers, partners) involved in business operations, and the end-use of products, to ensure such transaction entities and end-use of products do not violate any applicable export control laws and regulations, and economic sanctions regulations, where the business is related. If tangible or intangible products, technologies, and services that are about to be exported/being exported/transferred/transferred (in-country) may violate the relevant laws and regulations mentioned above, Unicore shall have the right to cancel the relevant orders, refuse to export the relevant products, technologies, and services, and implement export control measures hereunder.
